Q:  When will you ship my order?

A:  Current shipping times are 2-3 business days. 

Q:  Do you offer international shipping?

A: We offer shipping to the US and Canada only.  Customers are responsible for any customs fee or duties that may be charged upon arrival.  Certain large items may be exempt from international shipping.

Q:  Do you allow returns or exchanges?

A:  Custom and digital items are non-refundable nor can they be exchanged. Gift/physical items can be exchanged or returned for store credit with approval.  
Returns must be approved and requests for returns must be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery.  You will need to pay to ship the item back and item must be in brand new condition.  Once your item is received, a store credit will be issued for the item price (shipping costs are not included in store credits).  Contact us at hello@midlifequilter.shop to begin a return authorization.

Q:  is the the loyalty program still available?

A:  Due to increased costs, the loyalty program has been discontinued as of October 2022. However, any non-expired credits can be used through their expiration date or until 11/01/22--whichever comes first.
