Q:  When will you ship my order?

A:  Current shipping times are 2-3 business days. 

Q:  Where are you located?

A:  My sewing studio and fabric shop are in Grand Rapids, MI.  Fabric is stored in my smoke-free, pet friendly home*.  In-person shopping is only available during select events or by invitation.

*Please note:  if you or someone in your family has severe pet allergies, I recommend purchasing fabric from another shop. While the fabric doesn't come into contact with my pets I cannot guarantee that there are no allergens present.

Q:  Do you offer international shipping?

A: We offer shipping to the US and Canada only.  Customers are responsible for any customs fee or duties that may be charged upon arrival.  Certain large items may be exempt from international shipping.

Q:  Do you allow returns or exchanges?

A:  I want you to be 100% happy with your order.  If something is not correct or to your liking, please feel free to contact me.  Damaged items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.  If an item was not to your liking, contact me so we can find a solution such as a store credit or exchange.  Contact us at hello@midlifequilter.shop to begin a return authorization.

Please contact us immediately in cases of damage for instructions.  Return requests should be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

Q:  Is the the loyalty program still available?

A:  Due to increased costs, the loyalty program has been discontinued as of October 2022. However, any non-expired credits can be used through their expiration date or until 11/01/22--whichever comes first.
