A: Current shipping times are 2-3 business days.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: We offer shipping to the US only.
Q: Do you allow returns or exchanges?
A: Custom and digital items are non-refundable nor can they be exchanged. Gift/physical items can be exchanged or returned for store credit with approval.
Returns must be approved and requests for returns must be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery. You will need to pay to ship the item back and item must be in brand new condition. Once your item is received, a store credit will be issued for the item price (shipping costs are not included in store credits). Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to begin a return authorization.

Q: is the the loyalty program still available?
A: Due to increased costs, the loyalty program has been discontinued as of October 2022. However, any non-expired credits can be used through their expiration date or until 11/01/22--whichever comes first.
